Frequently Asked Questions

During the booking process, your website asks for flight times.  Do you want take off time or arrival time?

For your inbound transfer between the airport and your resort, please enter the flight arrival time as shown on your flight tickets (this will already be the local time so no need to make any adjustments for time differences).

For your return transfer to the airport, please enter your scheduled departure time as shown on your flight tickets (NOT the time that check in opens or closes).

For arrivals using our shared transfer service, we use the scheduled arrival time to group together bookings that are landing at very similar times to avoid any possible disruption to your transfer.  We always allow sufficient time for your to pass through immigration and the baggage hall.

For departures, we allow sufficient time to get your party to the airport with plenty of time to check-in as well as allowing a certain amount of time for eventualities beyond our control such as bad traffic and poor weather.  Our shared transfer service also allows additional time for resort pick-ups to enable us to collect each party.

What is a shared transfer and how does it work? Could I be forced to wait around at the airport?

We operate our shared transfer service with the following in mind:

  • To deliver an affordable transfer service at a cheaper rate than private transfers.
  • To minimise waiting times at the airport for all clients.
  • To minimise the chance of clients missing their booked transfer due to conditions beyond their control such as delayed flights, delayed baggage delivery and/or lost baggage.

For clients booking our shared transfer option, our aim is to ensure that you are not waiting at the airport for more than two hours before departing for the resort. However, under some circumstances it may be necessary to wait longer and we would greatly appreciate your understanding should the need arise.

Who will meet us at the airport?

Your driver, not a representative! Your driver will be waiting in arrivals holding a sign with your name on it (usually the name given during the booking process). If you are unable to find your driver, please find a suitable waiting area away from the arrival hall and contact your driver directly on the number given to you shortly before your trip.

In the unlikely event that your driver has not arrived in good time to meet you at the airport, we should already be aware of this and have already contacted you by call or SMS.

We are staying in Morzine / Les Gets / Other, how long before our flight will we be picked up?


Transfers from Morzine / Les Gets are scheduled to depart 3 to 3.5 hours before your scheduled departure time.

Transfers from Avoriaz are scheduled to depart 3.5 to 4.5 hours before your scheduled departure time.

Can we choose to be picked up later than your recommended time for a departure?

Yes, for private transfers only.  But please be aware that we will can accept no liability or blame for missing a flight or connecting flights.

What happens if my inbound flight is delayed?

We may already be aware of any delays but this is not true in all circumstances so please contact us as soon as you are aware of any delays.

We will make every effort to accommodate any flight delays as long as this does not have any significant negative impact on other clients traveling in the same shared transfer(s). Private transfer bookings are allowed as much additional delay time as is humanely possible as long as this does not impact transfer bookings scheduled at later times, nor risk drivers exceeding there maximum permissible working time.

In the unlikely event that we are forced to leave the airport without you, we will offer an alternative transfer at the soonest possible opportunity. You will be under no obligation to accept this offer, but you will not be offered a refund for your original booking, nor can we refund you for any alternative travel arrangements you may choose to make in the interim.

What happens if the airline has lost my/our baggage?

Please contact your driver immediately so that he can be made aware that you have indeed arrived. After a certain amount of time, it will be more prudent to report the loss to the airport authorities in the arrivals hall and join your scheduled transfer.
